the plan

calorie intake of 1500 or less a day.

minimal carbs - allow complex carbohydrates ie wholegrain, fruits, veg. No white bread, croissants, pasta, rice, and other sugar-laden shizniz.

small portions of fatty, non-complex carbs food ie anything me and matty cook or anything from a restaurant.

water is something i will drown myself in.

small meals throughout the day to assure my metabolism that food is always plentiful.

exercise to keep my metabolism rocket high and to pack on some muscles so they can sit there and burn my fat away.
